EZ HAZWOPER provides online occupational safety and health training programs intended to support compliance with applicable OSHA standards, including Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training requirements under OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.120 and 29 CFR 1926.65.

Completion of an online training course does not guarantee employment, certification by a governmental agency, site access approval, or regulatory acceptance by every employer or jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information. EZ HAZWOPER may deny course completion certificates or account access if inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.
3. Services Provided

Users acknowledge that employers, regulatory agencies, or job sites may impose additional requirements beyond completion of online coursework. EZ HAZWOPER does not guarantee acceptance of certificates by every employer, contractor, agency, or jurisdiction.
EZ HAZWOPER reserves the right to withhold, revoke, invalidate, or refuse issuance of certificates where fraud, identity concerns, payment disputes, chargebacks, course sharing, policy violations, or misuse of the training platform are suspected.
7. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes and Refunds
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or improper chargebacks or payment disputes.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through a bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, EZ HAZWOPER reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate course access, invalidate certificates, revoke training records, deny future purchases, and pursue collection of unpaid balances or associated fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any completed training associated with disputed transactions may be removed from verification systems and considered invalid until the dispute is fully resolved.
Any refund must be requested within 48 hours from course purchase. If the user has started the course they are not eligible for a refund.
8. Pricing and Payments
All pricing displayed on the website is subject to change without notice. EZ HAZWOPER reserves the right to modify pricing, discounts, course offerings, and promotional terms at any time.
Users are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with purchases where required by law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and EZ HAZWOPER is not responsible for errors, outages, or interruptions caused by external payment systems.
9. Website Availability and Technical Issues

In all circumstances, EZ HAZWOPER’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
